Abstract

 液体中で回転体2を回転させながら、回転体2に気体を供給し、回転体2の表面に形成した気泡注入孔から液体に気体を注入し、液体と該回転体の相対運動により発生するせん断力を該回転体の表面および表面近傍に存在する気泡に与えて 微細な気泡を発生させる。これにより、流体に旋回流を強制的に与えることなく、容易に微小気泡を大量に発生させることができるようにする。
