Abstract

La présente invention concerne un substrat comprenant un matériau de base et un matériau réticulé arrangé sur le matériau de base, le matériau réticulé comprenant un dérivé de polyalkylène glycol ramifié ayant : trois groupes polyalkylène glycol ou plus ayant chacun un substituant polymérisable au niveau du terminal ; et un groupe de liaison ayant une valence de 3 ou plus capable de se lier aux groupes polyalkylène. Il est possible de créer un motif très précis sur le substrat et ce dernier peut conserver de manière stable et pendant longtemps l'état de non-adhésion d'une cellule sur celui-ci.
