Abstract

 本発明の形状記憶合金駆動装置は、変位検出手段、駆動制御手段、及び補償演算手段を備えている。変位検出手段は、形状記憶合金から検出した抵抗値等に基づき、形状記憶合金に発生している変位を検出する。駆動制御手段は、サーボ制御により形状記憶合金に電圧又は電流を印加することにより、マイコン等から与えられる目標変位値まで形状記憶合金を変位させる。補償演算手段は、検出変位値と、駆動制御手段が電圧又は電流の制御に用いる駆動制御値の環境温度に起因する変化とから、補償変位値を演算する。補償変位値を与えられた駆動制御手段は、補償変位値と目標変位値とが一致するように駆動制御値を変化させる。
