Abstract

 より高い吸収率と薬理学的効果を実現することができる、自己溶解性の基剤からなるマイクロニードルとマイクロニードルアレイを提供することを目的とする。  体表適用製剤1は挿入方向に分けられた2つの区分、すなわち先端部5と後端部6とを有している。先端部5は体表挿入端2を含む区分であり、基剤溶解性の目的物質を保持している。後端部6は押圧端3を含む区分であり、主として基剤のみから構成され、目的物質を保持していない。体表適用製剤1を皮膚等の体表に挿入した際に、その後端側の一部が体表内に挿入されずに残った場合でも、目的物質が先端部5に含まれているので、目的物質の実際の投与量が所望量より少なくなることがなく、高い吸収率と薬理学的効果を実現することができる。
