Abstract

　ロドビュルム属（Ｒｈｏｄｏｖｕｌｕｍ）に属する微生物を用いるＲＮＡの製造方法であって、（１）前記ＲＮＡを転写可能なＤＮＡを含む発現ベクターで前記微生物を形質転換する工程、（２）得られた形質転換体を培養する工程、及び（３）菌体外に生成されたＲＮＡを回収する工程を含む、ＲＮＡの製造方法、並びに、新規プロモーターを開示する。
