Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'ARN à l'aide d'un microorganisme appartenant au genre Rhodovulum. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes (1) à (3) : (1) transformer le microorganisme avec un vecteur d'expression portant un ADN capable de transcrire l'ARN, permettant ainsi d'obtenir un transformant ; (2) cultiver le transformant ; et (3) recueillir l'ARN produit à l'extérieur de la cellule du microorganisme. L'invention porte également sur un nouveau promoteur.
