Abstract

 マイクロアクチュエータ装置(34)では第1圧電素子(59)の伸縮に応じて第1接合板(79)は固定板(56)に対して相対的に変位する。第1接合板(79)の変位は第1連結片(84)から支持板(86)に伝達される。第1連結片(84)は支持板(86)に駆動力を付与する。同様に、第2圧電素子(67)の伸縮に応じて第2連結片(85)は支持板(86)に駆動力を付与する。支持板(86)は固定板(56)に対して相対的に変位する。固定板(56)の表面を含む1平面に直交する回転軸回りで支持板(86)は揺動することができる。しかも、第1および第2圧電素子(59、67)は曲げ変形から解放される。
