Abstract

 分子骨格中にシロキサン結合を有し、分子中にアニオン性基を有するブロック共重合ポリイミドを含む電着被膜からなり、JIS-C-3003に準拠した温度指数評価法での耐熱指数がC種を示す絶縁層にて絶縁処理されてなる絶縁部材。また、前記ブロック共重合ポリイミドを含む電着被膜からなり、層厚みが10μmのときのAC耐電圧が1kV以上、層厚みが20μmのときのAC耐電圧が2kV以上、層厚みが30μmのときのAC耐電圧が3kV以上を示す絶縁層にて絶縁処理されてなる絶縁部材。部材との密着性が良好で、割れが生じにくく、しかも、高度の耐熱性を有する絶縁層で絶縁処理された高耐熱性絶縁部材である。また、絶縁層の剥がれや割れが生じにくく、しかも、高度の絶縁性を示す絶縁部材である。
