Abstract

 抗アレルギー活性を有する乳酸菌の利用に際して、種々の製品形態で及び種々の利用対象において有効に用いることができる、高い抗アレルギー活性と、安定した抗アレルギー活性を有する乳酸菌を提供する。Lactobacillus paracaseiKW3110株若しくはその変異株を、60°C以上100°C未満の温度で、10分以上60分未満の時間、加熱処理を行うことにより、該乳酸菌の抗アレルギー活性を飛躍的に高めるとともに、安定した抗アレルギー活性を持つ高抗アレルギー活性を有するLactobacillus paracasei KW3110株若しくはその変異株を製造する。本発明の加熱処理により、乳酸菌の抗アレルギー活性を飛躍的に高めた、また、安定した高抗アレルギー活性を持つ乳酸菌菌体を有効成分とする抗アレルギー用組成物を提供することができる。
