Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de feutre graphitique métallisé revêtu d'une façon homogène dans tout son volume d'un polymère organique conducteur, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :introduire dans un dispositif d'électropolymérisation une solution comprenant10-3 M à 1 M d'un monomère dans au moins un solvant organique contenant au moins un électrolyte support, le dispositif intégrant une électrode de travail et une contre-électrode qui comprend deux supports entre lesquels est maintenu l'élément de feutre graphitique métallisé, l'un au moins des supports portant des moyens conducteurs du courant électrique; provoquer l'électropolymérisation du monomère sur le feutre métallisé par cycles successifs, chaque cycle comprenant une phase d'imposition d'un courant d'intensité comprise entre 100 mA et 500 mA pendant 15 à 30 secondes et une phase de repos de une à deux minutes, et extraire du dispositif d'électropolymérisation ledit élément de feutre graphitique métallisé revêtu d'une façon homogène dans tout son volume dudit polymère organique conducteur. Utilisation du produit obtenu pour fabriquer des électrodes réversibles d'accumulateur ou pour les accumulateurs de type métal/hydrure ou pour les piles à combustible de type O2/ H2.
