Abstract

 本発明は、膜を用いたダイアフィルトレーションの際に、透過液や循環液/内部循環液の濃度や物性値など膜装置の分離状態を表す測定値や分析値を用いて目的物質の透過傾向を管理・調整することによって、目的物質の精密な分離を行う分離装置を提供する。本発明では、複数の目的物質が含まれる原液に洗浄液を加え、膜分離装置から得る透過液中に目的物質を抜き出し、残液中に残る他の目的物質と分離するダイアフィルトレーションにおいて、分離操作の分離状態指標および/または進行経過指標を用い、透過液流量、膜分離装置の運転圧力、運転温度、循環液濃度、循環液量から選択した少なくとも1項目の操作項目を設定域に調整あるいは制御することで目的物質の透過傾向を制御する。
