Abstract

Se describe un método para preparar una muestra acuosa para usarse en un procedimiento analítico, la muestra comprende al menos un analito soluble en agua derivado de un producto alimenticio, el método comprende: (a) proporcionar un cartucho de extracción de fase sólida que comprende primeros y segundos materiales absorbentes dispuestos para absorber en los mismos diferentes componentes químicos respectivos, el cartucho comprende una cámara que contiene los primeros y segundos materiales absorbentes y que tiene una entrada y una salida; (b) hacer fluir, a través de la entrada, una muestra acuosa que comprende por lo menos un analito soluble en agua derivado de un producto alimenticio e impurezas, para disponer así la muestra dentro de al menos uno de los primeros y segundos materiales absorbentes; (c) hacer fluir, a través de la entrada, un líquido de lavado con el fin de por lo menso parcialmente separar al menos un analito soluble en agua y las impurezas; y (d) eluir por lo menos el analito soluble en agua de la salida del cartucho.
