Abstract

　多言語検索装置（１０１）は、取得部（３０１）と、翻訳部（３０２）と、登録／更新部（３０３）とを備える。取得部（３０１）は、質問文または／および回答文を端末装置から取得する。翻訳部（３０２）は、取得部（３０１）によって取得された質問文または／および回答文の翻訳文を生成する。登録／更新部（３０３）は、取得部（３０１）によって取得された質問文または／および回答文と、翻訳部（３０２）によって生成された翻訳文とを関連付けてＱＡデータベースへ格納する。これにより、ユーザに手間や時間をかけさせることなく、各言語のデータに対して、整合性を保持しつつ情報の登録／更新をおこなうことが可能となる。
