Definitions
- the invention relates to a painting or coating plant for industrial production use, in particular in a mass production, which has a plurality of processing stations, wherein the processing stations with means for performing one or more functions in connection with the machining of workpieces, in particular application of at least one layer , in particular a paint or powder layer on workpieces, pretreatment of the workpieces for the subsequent coating application and treatment of the workpiece after a successful layer application are provided, further comprises a plurality of transportable containers, in particular containers, wherein in a plurality of containers or at least on or on parts of At least a plurality of containers processing stations are arranged during operation of the painting or coating Anläge.
- either the entire device or at least components thereof are provided with a coating applied by a paint shop.
- the coating usually has the purpose to improve the properties of the component, for example, to increase the corrosion resistance.
- several sub-processes are often required, in which a preparation of the component, for example, a cleaning, one or more primers, one or more paint or other surface layers are applied and possibly an aftertreatment of the coating, for example, a curing of Layer is done by heat treatment.
- a separate processing station is provided for each of these sub-processes in a paint shop.
- An important and preferred field of application in the context of the present invention is the production of vehicle components, in particular for passenger cars or trucks, and here again in particular the production of seats and their components.
- the designated paint systems are relatively large in size and require considerable investment sums for their procurement and installation. Not only in the Vehicle industry is increasingly becoming the need to make a production of components in different locations and, where appropriate, to be able to relocate the production intended for this purpose. This is contrary to the mentioned properties of such paint shops.
- a previously known applicator device for a sheet metal roll emerges, which has a container in which components of a coil coating device are arranged.
- the wound up as a one-piece coil sheet is moved from an input-side winding receptacle to an output side arranged outside the container winding receptacle, the latter being provided with a drive for winding the sheet.
- the sheet is thus pulled by means of the output-side drive of the winding recording by winding on this winding recording by the container and by the components of the coil coating applicator.
- the components of the application device of DE 10 2006 004 574 A1 are exclusively intended to process a one-piece thin and thus flexible sheet, which extends during the process from the input side of the container to its output side. Such a system is therefore not suitable for the industrial production of already prefabricated workpieces such as vehicle parts.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a basis for the simplest possible production start of or a production implementation of paint shops of the type mentioned at different locations, especially in connection with the industrial production of already prefabricated vehicle components.
- a paint shop of the type mentioned by a workpiece transport device which is provided in the ready state of the paint shop for the simultaneous transport of several individual workpieces by at least one, preferably by a plurality of containers.
- the object is also achieved by a transport container according to claim 17 and by methods according to claims 19 and 20.
- the invention essentially proposes a paint shop, especially for at least partially prefabricated workpieces, by arranging their components in portable containers modular and mobile train and the workpieces by a workpiece transport device to be transported through the paint shop.
- At least a predominant number of components should not only be arranged during transportation but also during use of the paint shop in their respective container or remain therein. This has the advantage that the entire paint shop can be made ready for transport from a first production facility with very little effort, can be moved to another production facility and installed there with also very little effort. Also, at least components of the workpiece transport device may advantageously remain in the latter during transport of the containers, whereby the installation and dismantling of the workpiece transport device - and thus the painting or coating system - can be carried out with the least possible effort.
- the term "linked" can be understood to mean a logistical connection of the processing stations, in particular the processing stations arranged in different containers
- a logistics connection can be achieved, for example, by a path of a conveyor of the workpiece transport device, such as a cable or a chain be given at least some of the containers.
- This course can also determine the order in which the workpieces can be fed to different processing stations and in which the workpieces can be processed. It may be preferred that the order of processing is variable. The latter can be achieved, for example, by making changes to the installation of the workpiece conveyor or by providing the workpiece conveyor with switches.
- the workpiece transport device it is possible to transport the workpieces to be processed through the paint shop, i. by at least some of the containers to transport, in this case to hand over the workpieces at each processing station for processing and subsequently to take over for further transport.
- Commissioning a painting according to the invention can therefore be carried out particularly quickly and inexpensively by the fact that the individual containers of the paint shop in a respect to the order of the intended
- Processing steps are arranged in a suitable manner relative to each other and the
- Workpiece transport device is installed. In this case, it is particularly appropriate to arrange containers one behind the other and / or next to one another. After any necessary supply lines are connected, the paint shop is ready for a production start.
- containers as containers, in particular those used for transport by rail, seagoing vessel, barge and truck.
- containers have long been known as so-called ISO containers and are already being used millions of times in other contexts than the invention.
- Their load capacity, size and aids to achieve ease of transport are standardized (for example, 20-foot and 40-foot containers), which is why they can be transported cheaply and quickly with a variety of means of transport.
- the paint shop or essential components are distributed from this to a plurality of containers and arranged in these.
- two, three or more containers may be provided according to the invention. Since accessibility of components may be required during the production process, it is preferred if side walls of the containers can be opened and / or removed from the container bottom. Although the components can thus continue to be arranged on the container, this improves the accessibility to the individual paint shop components. The latter are in this case at least still on a bottom part of the container.
- Figure 1 is a plan view of a painting system shown highly schematically.
- Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the paint shop of Fig. 1;
