Abstract
極細繊維であってもビーズ発生が殆ど無く、極めて高い品位の繊維集合体が得られる極細繊維及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 具体的には、公定水分率0.1%~5.0%の樹脂からなり、該樹脂に対し0.1~10%の塩を含んでいることを特徴とする平均繊維径0.01~1μmの極細繊維である。また、製造方法としては、樹脂と有機溶媒とからなる溶液に塩を添加した溶液を調製し、次いで得られた溶液を静電紡糸法により紡糸し、極細繊維を得ることを特徴とする極細繊維の製造方法である。
