Abstract

 グルクロン酸転移酵素測定用蛍光プローブであって、フルオレセイン誘導体[ただし、該フルオレセイン誘導体は、フルオレセインのベンゼン環における2位のカルボキシ基が他の一価の置換基(ただし該置換基はスルホ基以外の置換基であり、該置換基はカルボキシ基又はスルホ基を有することはない)で置換されており、該フルオレセイン誘導体はベンゼン環上の2位以外の位置に任意の置換基を有していてもよく、該フルオレセイン誘導体はフルオレセインの2位及び/又は7位にアルコキシ基及びハロゲン原子からなる群から選ばれる置換基を有していてもよい]を含む蛍光測定用プローブ。
