Abstract

【課題】アミロイドを標的とした画像診断プローブとして有効な化合物及び該化合物を配合した生体組織に沈着したアミロイドの検出試薬を提供する。 【解決手段】下記式にて表される化合物及び該化合物を配合してなる生体組織に沈着したアミロイドの検出試薬。 式中、R1、R2、R3は、それぞれ独立に水素、水酸基、炭素数1~4のアルキル置換基、アルキル鎖の炭素数1~4のアルコキシ置換基、及びハロゲン置換基からなる群より選ばれる基(ただし、R1、R2、R3のうち、2以上の置換基が水素であるものを除く。)、R4は、水素、水酸基、アルキル鎖の炭素数が1~4のアルコキシ置換基、及びハロゲン置換基からなる群より選ばれる基、mは、1~4の整数である。ここで、R1、R2、R3及びR4のうちの少なくとも一つは、放射性ハロゲン置換基である。
