Abstract

　水中での崩壊分散性が向上された農薬粒状水和剤組成物を効率良く製造する方法を提供することを目的とし、 　以下の工程（ａ）～（ｅ） 　（ａ）農薬活性成分、界面活性剤および水を練合する工程 　（ｂ）練合物を孔径が６００～２,０００μｍのスクリーンより押出し造粒する工程 　（ｃ）造粒物を乾燥する工程 　（ｄ）乾燥した造粒物を工程（ｂ）で用いられたスクリーンよりも小さい孔径を有する スクリーンを用いて破砕する工程 　（ｅ）破砕物を篩分する工程 を含むことを特徴とする粒度が５０～１,０００μｍの範囲にある農薬粒状水和剤組成物の製造方法を提供する。
