Abstract

It is intended to provide a method for efficiently producing a water-dispersible granular agrochemical composition having an improved disintegratability and dispersibility in water. The method for producing a water-dispersible granular agrochemical composition having a particle size of 50 to 1,000 μm, characterized by comprising the steps of: (a) kneading an agrochemical active ingredient, a surfactant and water; (b) granulating the kneaded material by extrusion through a screen having a pore size of 600 to 2,000 μm; (c) drying the granulated material; (d) grinding the dried granulated material with a screen having a pore size smaller than that of the screen used in the step (b); and (e) sieving the ground material is provided.
