Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Piperazinverbindungen der im Folgenden definierten allgemeinen Formel (I) und deren Verwendung als Herbizide. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem Mittel für den Pflanzenschutz und ein Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von unerwünschtem Pflanzenwuchs. In Formel (I) haben die Variablen die folgenden Bedeutungen: R1 ist ausgewählt unter Halogen, Cyano, Nitro, Z-C(=O)-R11, Phenyl und einem 5- oder 6-gliedrigen heterocyclischen Rest, der 1, 2, 3 oder 4 Heteroatom, ausgewählt unter O, N und S als Ringatome aufweist, worin Phenyl und der heterocyclische Rest unsubstituiert sind oder 1, 2, 3 oder 4 Substituenten R1a aufweisen; Z für eine kovalente Bindung oder eine CH2-Gruppe steht; R11 Wasserstoff, C1-C6-Alkyl, C3-C6-Cycloalkyl, C2-C6-Alkenyl, C5-C6- Cycloalkenyl, C2-C6-Alkinyl und dergleichen; R2 bedeutet Wasserstoff, Halogen, Nitro, Cyano, C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Haloalkyl, C2- C4-Alkenyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy, C1-C4-Haloalkoxy, Benzyl oder eine Gruppe S(O) nR21, worin R21 für C1-C4-Alkyl oder C1-C4-Haloalkyl steht und n für 0, 1 oder 2 steht; R3 bedeutet Wasserstoff oder Halogen; R4 bedeutet C1-C4-Alkyl, C3-C4-Alkenyl oder C3-C4-Alkinyl; R5 bedeutet Wasserstoff, C1-C4-Alkyl, C3-C4-Alkenyl, C3-C4-Alkinyl oder eine Gruppe C(=O)R51, worin R51 für Wasserstoff, C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Haloalkyl,C1-C4-Alkoxy oder C1-C4-Haloalkoxy steht; R6 steht für C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Hydroxyalkyl oder C1-C4-Haloalkyl; R7, R8 stehen unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff, OH, C1-C4-Alkoxy, C1-C4- Haloalkyoxy, C1-C4-Alkyl oder C1-C4-Haloalkyl; und R9, R10 sind unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt unter Wasserstoff, Halogen, CN, NO2, C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Haloalkyl, C2-C4-Alkenyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy und C1-C4 Haloalkoxy.
