Abstract

La présente invention concerne un four comprenant une chambre de cuisson (2) qui peut être refermée par une porte (20), et possédant un compartiment de ventilateur (9) arrière dans lequel se trouve un ventilateur à air chaud (10) depuis lequel des courants d'air chaud sont dirigés à travers des éléments de guidage d'air (14) et des ouverture de sortie d'air (13) à l'intérieur de la paroi (8) du compartiment de ventilateur, pour atteindre la matière à cuire située à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson (2). Selon l'invention, les éléments de guidage d'air (14) qui portent des lamelles, permettent la production de courants d'air chaud qui se propagent en tourbillonnant à distance des parois latérale (3, 4) et de la zone centrale (22) de la chambre de cuisson (2).
