Abstract

【課題】各種耐性菌を含むグラム陽性菌、およびグラム陰性菌に対して強力かつ幅広い抗菌作用を示し、感染症治療薬としての用途が期待されるムチリンの新規類縁体である14位置換誘導体を提供する。 【解決手段】　下記一般式（１） 【化１】 で表されるムチリン誘導体又は薬学的に許容されるそれらの付加塩類。
