Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une coque métallique (4) qui peut être implantée directement dans l'os de la hanche (21) d'un patient et qui fait partie d'une prothèse d'articulation de la hanche, avec déformation tolérée de la coque sous l'action de l'élasticité de l'os de la hanche (21), en sollicitation. Afin de compenser les déformations asymétriques de la coque métallique dues à l'élasticité de l'os de la hanche, lorsqu'il est sollicité, il est proposé selon l'invention de doter la coque métallique (4) d'un revêtement extérieur (5)poreux épais dont la rigidité est ajustée de façon qu'en sollicitation, la couche s'affaisse en cas de dépassement d'une contrainte correspondant à la déformation tolérée de la coque.
