Abstract

L'invention concerne un microréseau sur lequel est immobilisée une molécule organique, qui permet à la molécule organique d'être immobilisée sur un substrat solide dans diverses orientations et de détecter une interaction compliquée entre la molécule organique et une substance active mais n'a pas de restriction d'orientation et qui, par conséquent, peut analyser des relations structure-activité et être fabriqué de façon simple et à bas prix ; un procédé de fabrication du microréseau ; et un procédé de détection de l'interaction entre une substance active et la molécule organique à l'aide du microréseau. L'invention concerne spécifiquement un microréseau sur lequel est immobilisée une molécule organique utilisée pour la détection de l'interaction entre la molécule organique et la substance active. Le microréseau comprend un substrat (A), un support organique (B) immobilisé sur le substrat (A) par une interaction intermoléculaire, et une molécule organique (C) immobilisée sur le support organique (B). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, une analyse est faite par la mesure à l'aide du microréseau d'au moins un élément choisi parmi la transmission, la réflexion et l'interférence d'une onde Téra-Hertz (THz).
