Abstract

 固体基板上に固定化された有機分子が多様な方向に存在することを可能とし、有機分子と作用物質との込み入った相互作用を検出することを可能とし、また、方向性に制限がかからないことから構造活性相関の解析をも可能とし、しかも、その製造は簡便、かつ安価に実現することのできる新しい有機分子固定化マイクロアレイとその製造方法並びにこれを用いた作用物質と有機分子との相互作用の検出方法を提供する。  作用物質との相互作用を検出するための有機分子を固定化したマイクロアレイであって、A:基板にはB:有機担体が分子間力相互作用により固定化されていると共に、B:有機担体にはC:有機分子が固定化されているマイクロアレイとする。好適な態様では、このマイクロアレイを用いてテラヘルツ(THz)波の透過、反射および干渉の少なくともいずれかの測定により分析する。
