Abstract

 サーボモータでスライドを駆動しその位置をリアルタイムに制御可能なプレス装置10と、プレス装置にワークを搬入・搬出する搬送装置20と、搬送装置の動作軌跡上での位置を間欠的又は連続的に検出し、プレス装置を搬送装置と機械的に干渉しないように制御する制御装置40とを備える。制御装置40は、取り付けられた金型104及び付属物を含むスライドが搬送装置と機械的に干渉しないスライドの位置又は位置範囲を計算するスライド位置計算手段41を有し、このスライド位置計算手段により、機械的に干渉しないスライドの目標位置又は目標範囲を計算し、スライドの実際の位置が、目標位置に一致する、もしくは目標範囲内に入るようにプレス装置を制御する。
