Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a throttle valve unit and to a throttle valve unit. Said throttle valve unit comprises a housing part (10, 53) and a valve element (17, 18) that can be moved relative thereto. The housing part (10, 53) of the throttle valve unit is injection-molded in a first cavity of an injection molding tool from a first synthetic material. A prefabricated sealing element (70) is introduced into the housing part (10, 53) that was previously injection-molded from the first synthetic material. During injection molding of the mobile valve part (17, 18) of the throttle valve unit from a second synthetic material inside the preliminary injection-molded article (41) in the tool, a partial injection-molded element (86) is produced between the prefabricated sealing element (70) and the second synthetic material.
