Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Drosselklappeneinheit sowie auf eine Drosselklappeneinheit. Die Drosselklappeneinheit umfasst einen Gehäuseteil (10, 53) und ein relativ zu diesem bewegbares Klappenteil (17, 18). Das Gehäuseteil (10, 53) der Drosselklappeneinheit wird in einer ersten Kavität eines Spritzgießwerkzeuges aus einem ersten Kunststoffmaterial spritzgegossen. Ein vorgefertigtes Dichtelement (70) wird in den zuvor aus dem ersten Kunststoffmaterial spritzgegossenen Gehäuseteil (10, 53) eingebracht. Beim Spritzgießen des bewegbaren Klappenteiles (17, 18) der Drosselklappeneinheit aus einem zweiten Kunststoffmaterial innerhalb des Vorspritzlings (41) im Werkzeug, wird eine teilweise Einspritzung (86) zwischen dem vorgefertigten Dichtelement (70) und dem zweiten Kunststoffmaterial erzeugt.
