Abstract

La présente invention concerne des produits de confiserie multicouches et des procédés de fabrication de ceux-ci. Dans un mode de réalisation, l’invention concerne un produit de confiserie comprenant au moins trois couches de confiserie distinctes, au moins une de ces couches possédant une première texture en cours de traitement et une seconde texture après traitement différente de la première. Les différences de texture peuvent résulter, par exemple, d’une migration d’eau ou d’huile entre des couches adjacentes.
