Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Einrichtungen zur Eigenschaftsbestimmung eines Gases mit einem planaren über wenigstens ein Heizelement mit einer Temperatur größer als 290°C betriebenen Gassensor auf einem Trägersubstrat für eine und in einer Messkammer. Der Gassensor besteht dazu aus einem Trägersubstrat mit dünnen Schichten für wenigstens eine Heizung, einen Festkörperelektrolyt und Elektroden. Das Trägersubstrat besteht aus bekannten Aluminiumoxid-, Glaskeramik- oder Zirkoniumoxid-Aluminiumoxyid-Werkstoffen. Dazu sind auf einer Oberfläche des Trägersubstrats (1) der planar ausgeführte Gassensor (2, 3, 4) und auf einer anderen Oberfläche des Trägersubstrats (1) das Heizelement (6) angeordnet. Das Heizelement (6) ist ein elektrisches Widerstandselement (10) mit mindestens zwei Zuleitungen (11a, 11b). Mit dem Heizelement (6) ist wenigstens ein Leiter (7) als Potentialabgriff verbunden.
