Abstract

The inventive protective coating composition comprises polyorganosiloxane, organic solvent, metal oxide and silicon carbide. The polyorganosiloxane is embodied in the form of a mixture of a polymethyl-dimethyl-phenyl-oxane resin modified by a pentaerythirol-modified-phthalic resin with a polymethyl-phenyl- siloxane resin at a ratio of 1-3:1 weight parts. Silicate is embodied in the form of a mixture of asbestos and mica at a ratio of 1:2-1 weight parts at a following component ratio: 20-40 mass % of the mixture of a polymethyl-dimethyl-phenyl-oxane resin modified by a pentaerythirol-modified-phthalic resin with a polymethyl-phenyl- siloxane resin, 4-15 mass % organic solvent, 2-15 mass % hardener, 30-70 mass % asbestos and mica mixture, 0.05-10 mass % metal oxide and 1-15 mass % silicon carbide. Said invention increases impact and flex strength, makes it possible to apply a thicker coating layer on a vertical surface, reduce hard setting tendency during storage and to increase waterproofing and heat resistance.
