Abstract

L'invention concerne un ribozyme en tête de marteau, pouvant moduler l'expression du gène codant l'enzyme de stéaroyl-ACP désaturase dans différentes plantes oléagineuses, un vecteur contenant la séquence codant ledit ribozyme, et son utilisation pour la production de plantes transgéniques à teneur améliorée en acide stéarique.
