Abstract

La présente demande concerne des compositions et méthodes pour letraitement de pathologies respiratoires. Elle concerne également des compositions et méthodes permettant de réguler la perméabilité paracellulaire de l'épithélium pulmonaire. Les compositions et méthodes de l'invention reposent notamment sur l'utilisation d'agents ou de conditions modulant la tension du cytosquelette, plus particulièrement des composés inhibant la contraction de la chaîne légère de la myosine des cellules épithéliales pulmonaires, notamment des entérocytes. L'invention est utilisable pour le traitement préventif ou curatif de pathologies variées, telles que asthme, allergies, maladies obstructives, etc., chez les mammifères, notamment les humains.
