SE REFIERE AL USO DE COMPUESTOS i)QUE INHIBEN LA CONTRACCION DE LA CADENA LIGERA DE MIOSINA DE CELULAS EPITELIALES PULMONARES PARA PREPARAR UN MEDICAMENTO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO PREVENTIVO O CURATIVO DE PATOLOGIAS RESPIRATORIAS EXCLUYENDO HIPOXIA INDUCIDA POR DICHAS ENFERMEDADES RESPIRATORIAS; ii) INHIBEN LA FOSFORILACION DE LA CADENA LIGERA DE MIOSINA, INHIBIDOR DE QUINASA DE CADENA LIGERA DE MIOSINA (MLCK) TAL COMO {1-(5-YODONAFTALEN-1-SULFONIL)-1H-HEXAHIDRO-1,4-DIAZEPINA} (ML-7) ACTIVADOR DE LA MIOSINA FOSFATASA; iii)REDUCE LA PERMEABILIDAD PARACELULAR DEL EPITELIO PULMONAR, SIN PRESENTAR UN EFECTO SOBRE LA PERMEABILIDADD ENDOTELIAL VASCULAR; iv)REDUCE LA SENSIBILIDAD A LOS ALERGENOS EN SUJETOS QUE PRESENTAN O SON SENSIBLES A LAS ENFERMEDADES RESPIRATORIAS; v)REDUCE LA MIGRACION TRANSEPITELIAL DE CELULAS INMUNES Y LA ACUMULACION DE CELULAS INMUNES EN EL PULMON DE SUJETOS CON UNA PATOLOGIA RESPIRATORIA.TAMBIEN SE REFIERE AL USO EN COMBINACION CON BETA 2 AGONISTAS; ANTICOLINERGICOS; CORTICOSTEROIDES; ANTILEUCOTRIENOS
