Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Behandlung von Oberflächen sowie mit solchen Verfahren hersgestellte Gegenstände. Weiterhin betrifft sie die Verwendung von Verbindungen als photochemisch spaltbare Reagenzien. Zur Texturierung von Oberflächen oder dem Erzeugen von Nanometerstrukturen auf Oberflächen werden verschiedene Techniken eingesetzt. Mit Hilfe des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens können definierte Oberflächenstrukturen und Profile ohne hohen techniscen Aufwand erzeugt werden. Durch den Einsatz photochemisch spaltbarer Verbindungen können definiert Oberflächen mit hydrophoben und hydrophilen Bereichen bzw. ein Oberflächenprofil mit Erhebungen und Vertiefungen erzeugt werden. Das Oberflächenprofil bzw. die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit wird in Abhängigkeit von der verwendeten Maske, die UV-undurchlässig ist und nur an definierten Aussparungen UV Licht durchläßt, erzeugt.
