L'invention porte sur des compositions servant à prévenir et/ou à traiter des maladies orales qui contiennent au moins un élément choisi parmi les bactéries d'acide lactique vitales, des substances contenant les bactéries d'acide lactique, des filtrats de culture de bactéries d'acide lactique et des produits traités issus de ces bactéries, avec au moins un élément choisi parmi xylitol, sorbitol, érythritol, thréalose, maltitol, mannitol, palatinose, lactose réducteur, sucrose, fructose, glucose, fructooligosaccharide, aspartame, extrait de Acanthopanax senticosus, extrait de Houttuynia cordata, Monascus, pigment de curcuma, extrait de Chaenomeles sinensis, extrait de ganoderme, extrait d'aubépine, extrait de shiitake, extrait d'alpinia, extrait de stevia, extrait de germe de lotus, extrait de Momordicae fructus, extrait de thé vert, extrait de chardon-Marie, extrait de riz non glacé pourpre, racine de réglisse digérer par des enzymes, extrait de Engelhardtia chrysolepsis Hance, extrait de ginkgo, extrait de thé de rooibos, extrait de tabac de Saint-Pierre, glycyrrhizine, extrait de gymnema et extrait de Rosa roxburghii.
