Abstract

Reagents which regulate human fatty acid CoA ligase and reagents which bind to human fatty acid CoA ligase gene products can play a role in preventing, ameliorating, or correcting dysfunctions or diseases including, but not limited to, CNS disorders, cardiovascular disorders, and cancer.
