DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The vacuum ashtray to which we refer, consists of the following parts: the ashtray inside which we find a perforated base, with holes of different proportions Fig. 1/6 (2), Fig. 2/6 (2); the tube or conduit through which gases and various particles are absorbed Fig. 4/6 (9), Fig. 2/6 (5); the residual tank Fig. 3/6 (1), where they end their journey and the absorption motor, which produces the aspiration.

This system can consist of one or several mouths or suction terminals (ashtrays). These ashtrays have a perforated plate, with several holes in its inner base and is divided into two zones, one with holes of small proportions, for the aspiration of fumes, gases and ashes and another with two holes of greater dimensions, for the absorption of butts and other particles of more considerable size. From the suction terminals (ashtrays), the resulting suction pipes or ducts depart, through which and continuing a residual deposit path.

The residual deposit consists of a container with a variable shape and therefore adaptable to a possible existing hole or preconceived for its location, inside which we will find two porous filters Fig. 3/6 (6), Fig. 5 / 6 (2), and metal mesh through which the fumes and gases would pass outwards, both through the cover of the outer shell of the residual tank Fig. 4/6 (5), and through the back of the housing of the passenger compartment of the suction motor Fig. 4/6 (7), the particles and residues aspirated by the system being inside the tank. This waste can be extracted manually and very simply because it is the vertical removable tank. At the same time the residual tank filters must be replaced every certain period of time or they should be cleaned. One of the filters is located on the tank itself and as a cover and supported on the walls of the same Fig. 3/6 (6); and the other one is located between the tank and the inner wall of the outer shell of the tank and just in front of the suction nozzle that directly connects with the vane system of the vacuum motor, and will have the same diameter Fig. 5/6 (two). This has a projection or a kind of washer that will act as a stop against the inner part of the wall of the outer shell of the residual tank, being completely fixed in its place of location once the residual tank has been introduced after its installation. In this tank, we can see two holes, facing each other, that will coincide exactly with those in the outer shell of the residual tank and that would correspond; one at the arrival of the residual particles, by means of the residual tube or conduit Fig. 3/6 (2); and the other would correspond to the one that communicates the inside of the tank, with the suction motor blade system Fig. 3/6 (3). In this case the filter is located and in the other hole we will find towards the inside of the tank a washer with pivot cover that articulates in its upper part Fig. 5/6 (1), this will move towards the inside the tank when absorption by the suction force of the system occurs, and it will go down to its vertical position acting as a cover of the residual duct, in order to avoid the recoil of gases and odors, when the system is turned off The engine that will drive the suction system would be the one normally used by conventional suction systems, absorbing the energy of the vehicle's own electrical system or medium in which it was installed.

This system will have as an option to take into account a small drive system for varying suction power, as well as that used in other means or systems, such as fans, etc.

Vacuum cleaner, characterized by the fact that the cement itself or the absorption mouth of the suction system can be removable vertically Fig. 1/6, the suction system being activated at the moment in which we proceed to the opening of the ashtray lid Fig. 1/6 (5), by means of a 5 button or lamella contact system similar to that used for interior lighting in vehicles with the doors opening Fig. 1/6 (9) and Fig .2 / 6 (9); the system stops working when the lid is closed when this button is pressed or when the metal foils are made contact. It can also be the front extraction cement system Fig. 2/6; In this case, the 0 system will start operating when the ashtray is removed from its passenger compartment Fig. 2/6 (7), when the button is no longer pressed or when the aforementioned lamellae have stopped contacting; shutting down the system when the ashtray is closed or inserted. In both cases inside the mentioned ashtray, we find a perforated plate divided into two zones; one with 5 holes of small proportions Fig. 1/6 (4) and Fig. 2/6 (4) and another with two holes of more considerable dimensions Fig. 1/6 (3) and Fig. 2/6 (3) . In the case of the vertical extraction ashtray or with a top cover, the perforated plate will go horizontally and towards the bottom or base of the ashtray; and in the case of frontal removal, the plate will go diagonally from the bottom and up towards or the front and down, as shown in the drawing Fig. 2/6 (2). In the case of vertical extraction, at the base of the ashtray and below the perforated plate, we will find a hole, which connects directly with another hole found in the base or floor of the ashtray cabin Fig. 1/6 (6), hole from which a residual tube or conduit starts. In the case of the front extraction ashtray 5 the absorption hole, where the residual tube or conduit begins, we will find it at the base of the ashtray cabin Fig. 2/6 (6), taking into account that in this case, in the base of the ashtray will not have a hole, but it communicates directly with the watertight cabin from it by means of the bottom wall of this Fig. 2/6 (8), the interior of this cement model would have to be watertight to obtain a good level of aspiration. Aspirator vacuum cleaner, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that a residual suction tube or duct, which will travel a certain route, will start from a hole from the interior of said ashtrays, until it reaches a container called residual deposit 3. 3. Vacuum ashtray, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that in the terminal hole of the residual tube or conduit that communicates with the residual tank Fig. 3/6 (2), there is a ring with a pivoting or pivoting lid Fig. .5 / 5 (1), at the top of which it articulates, obtaining its movement through the suction force of the system, thereby opening the way to the particles that are being absorbed; Closing this lid or gate when the system is turned off, avoiding the recoil of fumes and gases. 4. 4. Vacuum ashtray, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the said residual deposit to which this tube or conduit arrives, is formed by the bucket itself, with its corresponding particle intake orifice Fig. 3/6 (2 ), and another hole just in front of it, which corresponds to the one that commutes with the suction motor blade system Fig. 3/6 (3). Both in this hole, and in the upper part of the bucket or residual tank, we find a filter Fig. 5/6 (2) and Fig. 3/6 (6). In the first case it is located between the bucket and the outer shell of the residual tank, and in the second it is supported on the upper edges of the four walls of the bucket as a cover. In turn, we find the fact that this bucket has four rubber bumpers at its base and on the outside as legs or support points Fig. 3/6 (5); Finally, inside this cuvette we will also find two longitudinal angles on the intake and absorption holes, like handles or handles for a better extraction of the removable bowl Fig. 3/6 (4), to proceed to its emptying, cleaning, etc. 5.
