Definitions
- the present invention refers to a suction system, whose mouth or absorption terminal is an ashtray, achieving through its operation the elimination of fumes and gases (stale environments), as well as the absorption of cigarette butts, ashes and other particles, through of the holes of the perforated base of the cement, being conducted through the ducts of this system to the residual deposit.
- the vacuum ashtray to which we refer consists of the following parts: the ashtray inside which we find a perforated base, with holes of different proportions Fig. 1/6 (2), Fig. 2/6 (2); the tube or conduit through which gases and various particles are absorbed Fig. 4/6 (9), Fig. 2/6 (5); the residual tank Fig. 3/6 (1), where they end their journey and the absorption motor, which produces the aspiration.
- This system can consist of one or several mouths or suction terminals (ashtrays). These ashtrays have a perforated plate, with several holes in its inner base and is divided into two zones, one with holes of small proportions, for the aspiration of fumes, gases and ashes and another with two holes of greater dimensions, for the absorption of butts and other particles of more considerable size. From the suction terminals (ashtrays), the resulting suction pipes or ducts depart, through which and continuing a residual deposit path.
- the residual deposit consists of a container with a variable shape and therefore adaptable to a possible existing hole or preconceived for its location, inside which we will find two porous filters Fig. 3/6 (6), Fig. 5 / 6 (2), and metal mesh through which the fumes and gases would pass outwards, both through the cover of the outer shell of the residual tank Fig. 4/6 (5), and through the back of the housing of the passenger compartment of the suction motor Fig. 4/6 (7), the particles and residues aspirated by the system being inside the tank. This waste can be extracted manually and very simply because it is the vertical removable tank. At the same time the residual tank filters must be replaced every certain period of time or they should be cleaned.
- One of the filters is located on the tank itself and as a cover and supported on the walls of the same Fig. 3/6 (6); and the other one is located between the tank and the inner wall of the outer shell of the tank and just in front of the suction nozzle that directly connects with the vane system of the vacuum motor, and will have the same diameter Fig. 5/6 (two).
- This has a projection or a kind of washer that will act as a stop against the inner part of the wall of the outer shell of the residual tank, being completely fixed in its place of location once the residual tank has been introduced after its installation.
- This system will have as an option to take into account a small drive system for varying suction power, as well as that used in other means or systems, such as fans, etc.
- Fig. 1/6 we find the vertical extraction ashtray and its different parts.
- Fig. 2/6 we find the front extraction aspirator cement and its different parts.
- Fig. 1/6 we meet; on the one hand the vertical extraction ashtray itself, on the other the perforated or curled plate Fig. 1/6 (2); on the other the area of small perforations Fig. 1/6 (4); on the other the area of larger perforations Fig. 1/6 (3); on the other the ashtray lid, which can be practicable or of another system Fig. 1/6 (5); on the other, the hole for extracting or absorbing particles or residues Fig. 1/6 (6); on the other the ashtray cabin Fig. 1/6 (7); on the other, the pressure washer, which joins the hole in the base of the ashtray, with the extraction or absorption hole Fig. 1/6 (8); on the other, the button or contact system that will activate the suction system Fig. 1/6 (9).
- Fig. 4/6 we meet; on the one hand the outer shell of the residual tank itself, as well as the outer shell of the suction motor, with the respective parts of each of them.
- the ashtray vacuum cleaner in question consists of a set of elements whose union gives rise to the mentioned system.
- This consists of the following parts; on the one hand the ashtray or ashtrays Fig. 1/6 and Fig. 2/6, whose shapes and finishes can be variable (different), inside which a perforated plate divided into two zones Fig. 1 / is located as a base 6 (2) and Fig. 2/6 (2), one with small perforations Fig. 1/6 (4) and Fig. 1/6 (4) and another with two holes larger dimensions Fig. 1/6 (3) and Fig. 2/6 (3), in order to absorb smoke, odors and larger particles, such as ashes, cigarette butts, etc.
- Fig. 1/6 and Fig. 2/6 In the lower part of the ashtray there is a hole Fig.
- the residual tank is formed by a box or housing of variable form Fig. 4/6 (1), depending on the hole where it will be located, which will serve as a cabin for the residual tank Fig. 3/6 (1), this being a bucket adjustable to the housing inside and removable vertically, having as a cover and supported on the four edges of the four walls of the bucket, a metal mesh filter Fig. 3/6 (6) and on which we will find the cover of the outer housing Fig. 4/6 (4), with a curled area Fig. 4/6 (5), for the extraction of gases and fumes.
- Fig. 4/6 Both in the residual tank, and in the outer shell, we find two holes facing each other, one the residual particle receiver Fig. 3/6 (2) and Fig.
- This system has a k of accessories Fig. 6/6, to be used as a conventional vacuum cleaner.
- the materials with which this system will be built or made will be flame retardant.
