Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft verschiedene Ausführungsformen eines Kits zum gleichzeitigen qualitativen und/oder quantitativen Nachweis einer Vielzahl von Analyten, umfassend: eine Sensorplattform umfassend einen optischen Dünnschichtwellenleiter mit einer bei mindestens einer Anregungswellenlänge transparenten Schicht (a) auf einer bei mindestens dieser Anregungswellenlänge ebenfalls transparenten Schicht (b) mit niedrigerem Brechungsindex als Schicht (a) und mindestens einer in der Schicht (a) modulierten Gitterstruktur (c) zur Einkopplung besagten Anregungslichts in die Schicht (a); mindestens ein Array von in diskreten Messbereichen (d) direkt auf oder über eine Haftvermittlungsschicht auf der Schicht (a) immobilisierten biologischen oder biochemischen oder synthetischen Erkennungselementen zur spezifischen Erkennung und/oder Bindung besagter Analyten und/oder spezifischen Wechselwirkung mit besagten Analyten; Vorkehrungen zur ortsaufgelösten Referenzierung der in den Messbereichen verfügbaren Anregungslichtintensität sowie gegebenenfalls; Vorkehrungen zur Kalibration einer oder mehrerer infolge der Bindung eines oder mehrerer Analyten oder infolge der spezifischen Wechselwirkung mit einem oder mehreren Analyten im Nahfeld der Schicht (a) erzeugten Lumineszenzen, wobei eine auf besagte Analyten zu untersuchende flüssige Probe entweder direkt oder nach Mischung mit weiteren Reagentien mit besagten Messbereichen auf besagter Sensorplattform in Kontakt gebracht wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch auf dem erfindungsgemässen Kit basierende analytische Systeme sowie damit durchgeführte Verfahren zum Nachweis eines oder mehrerer Analyten und deren Verwendung.
