Abstract

The invention relates to a compound of general formula (I), wherein R1 represents a C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, hydroxy-C1-6 alkyl or C1-3alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl group, R2 represents a NR8R9, -O-C1-6 alkylene-NR4R5, -O-C1-6alkylene-CONR4R5 or -O-C1-6 alkylene-CO2R6 group or a group of formula (a), R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy, a halogen atom, a cyano, a nitro, an amino or a C1-3 alkyl group, and W represents a C1-3 alkylene or C2-3 alkenylene group; and to their salts and hydrates. The invention also relates to the therapeutic uses of the inventive derivatives.
