Abstract

Bei einer Photovoltaikeinrichtung mit einer der Strahlung ausgesetzten Vorderseite und einer gegenüberliegenden Rückseite zur Umwandlung von Strahlungsenergie in elektrische Energie wird eine Kühleinrichtung verwendet, die zwischen der Vorderseite des Photovoltaikmoduls und der Strahlungsquelle angeordnet ist. Die Kühleinrichtung weist ein flüssiges Medium auf und vorzugsweise wird als flüssiges Medium Wasser verwendet. Die wasserführende Schicht und das Wasser selbst dienen als selektives Filter, das den für photovoltaische Effekte nutzbaren Strahlungsanteil passieren läßt und die längerwellige Strahlung in Wärme umwandelt, die sofort abgeführt wird, um eine Erwärmung des Photovoltaikmoduls weitgehend zu vermeiden.
