Abstract
Isimaya maruz birakilan bir ön yüzden ve bunun karsisinda bulunan ve isima enerjisinin elektrik enerjisine dönüstürülmesi için kullanilan, sogutma tesisine sahip bir arka yüzden ibaret olan bir fotosel tesisinde, fotosel tesisinin ön tarafi ve isima kaynagi arasina tertip edilmis bir sogutma tesisi kullanilmaktadir. Sogutma tesisi sivi bir medyum içermekte olup, sivi medyum olarak tercihen su kullanilmaktadir. Su iletken tabaka ve suyun kendisi fotosel etkiler için kullanilabilen isima payini geçiren ve uzun dalgali isinlari fotosel modülünün isinmasini büyük ölçüde engellemek amaciyla derhal disariya atilan bir isiya dönüstüren seçici bir filtre vazifesini görmektedir.
