Abstract

L'invention concerne un porte-outils pour machines de labourage et de travail du sol, dont la largeur totale de travail est importante. Ce porte-outils comporte des supports prolongateurs (9, 10) fixés sur un support médian (1), de manière à pivoter de part et d'autre, et auxquels se raccordent des supports rabattables (17, 18) vers l'extérieur. Lorsque les machines circulent sur des routes, les supports rabattables (17, 18) pivotent de 90° en position verticale, de manière que les éléments d'outils des supports prolongateurs (9, 10) se trouvent en position horizontale vers l'extérieur, que les éléments d'outils des supports rabattables (17, 18) s'étendent horizontalement les uns sur les autres vers l'intérieur et que les éléments d'outils situés vers l'extérieur obturent les deux extrémités du support médian (1), de manière à en être à fleur. Pour soulever le support d'outils, les bras supports destinés aux roues porteuses, qui sont fixés de manière fixe sur une barre de torsion, sont actionnés par l'intermédiaire de vérins d'entraînement. La barre de torsion subit une torsion et cette torsion est convertie en mouvement longitudinal d'une barre d'accouplement qui imprime quant à elle un mouvement pivotant au timon et au bras oscillant supérieur.
