Abstract

Des liqueurs d'acide citrique qui constituent une solution d'acide citrique après fermentation subissent une nanofiltration en deux phases sur des membranes polymères. Dans la première phase, la nanofiltration est exécutée sur des membranes polymères dont le seuil d'arrêt nominal de poids moléculaire est de 10 000 à 20 000 daltons et, dans la deuxième phase, sur des membranes polymères dont le seuil d'arrêt nominal de poids moléculaire est de 200 à 400 daltons. Le produit concentré ainsi obtenu après la deuxième phase subit une cristallisation appropriée et le perméat est recyclé dans des étapes particulières de processus techniques.
