Abstract

On décrit un dispositif de régulation d'une quantité de particules dans un flux gazeux, de manière à ce que celles-ci soient aisément transportées par ce flux, à partir d'un contenant (1), à travers un tube ou un autre conduit (19), et vers un orifice, au niveau duquel on peut monter, par exemple, un applicateur. Ce dispositif est d'abord conçu pour des particules sous la forme de fibres courtes de matériau synthétique, tel que du polyamide, lesquelles présentent une longueur inférieure à cinq millimètres, mais on peut également utiliser ce dispositif pour des particules formant une poudre. Grâce à ce dispositif, on peut régler de manière facile la quantité de fibres ou d'autres particules, de même que la densité exacte d'une couche en cours d'application, ce qui permet d'obtenir une couche régulière et d'éviter un gaspillage de matériau non nécessaire. La caractéristique la plus importante de ce dispositif consiste en une partie (3) perforée dans laquelle on a monté un élément (4) rotatif de manière à ce que celui-ci s'approche de la partie perforée, jusqu'à quasiment entrer en contact avec elle, et qu'un flux gazeux balaye la surface de la partie (3) perforée de manière à éloigner les particules, lesquelles sont sorties du contenant afin de passer à travers la partie perforée.
