Abstract
L'invention concerne une clôture anti-escargot (1) inoffensive pour les animaux, tout en étant sûre. Cette clôture (1) est constituée d'une baguette de matière plastique (2) sur laquelle sont montées au moins deux plaques métalliques (5, 6) suffisamment espacées dans une série de contacts électrochimiques. Il est également possible d'utiliser d'autres plaques métalliques (5, 6) réalisées dans un matériau conducteur qui, lorsqu'un escargot touche la plaque métallique et crée un court-circuit, soit produit de l'électricité dynamique, soit est relié à une source de tension. Au moins deux barres non conductrices (4) situées entre les plaques métalliques empêchent l'apparition inopinée d'un court-circuit produit par de l'eau ou de la terre arable. Un capot (7) courbé, rectangulaire ou en forme de coquille, situé au-dessus des plaques métalliques et protégeant la baguette de matière plastique (2) contre la pluie, ainsi qu'une surface d'appui (3), montée éventuellement sur la partie de la baguette (2) proche du sol, forment une isolation sûre. La clôture (1) est fixée au sol par des broches en plastique.
