Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for lubricating, cleaning and / or disinfecting, in particular by means of a fully automatic central belt lubrication system, of conveyor belts for containers such as bottles, glasses, cans, bags and the like, which are intended in particular for the reception of food.
  • one or more lubrication circuits are supplied from a control center via a valve with the lubricant, cleaning agent and / or disinfectant, and the valves are operated with a two-point control (clocking).
  • the lubrication circuits are assigned to the individual transport stations depending on the requirements of the filling or packaging company.
  • the lubrication circuits can e.g. B. be divided as follows.
  • a first circle is assigned to the transporters for beverage crates, circle 2 the unpacker to the bottle washer, circle 3 the bottle washer to the filler and circle 4 the filler to the packer.
  • Other system-specific circles are often connected.
  • the solenoid valves for shutting off the circuits can be opened and closed by the transporter controller via an enable signal.

  • changing operating conditions e.g. B. changing conveyor speeds
  • the result is an overdosing of the belt lubricant and thus an actually unnecessary wastewater load in the filling area for times with little need for lubrication performance.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of further developing the method mentioned at the outset, so that the consumption of belt lubricants and thus the overall wastewater load in the filling area is reduced, the required lubrication performance having to be guaranteed at all times.

Manual entry via a control panel into a control device for the valves is possible. However, an automatic preselection via appropriate setting of the transporter or filling systems is also within the scope of the method according to the invention. In the latter case, a control device for the valves is thus automatically set via signals which are emitted by the conveyor belts depending on the type of goods to be transported and / or the speed of the conveyor belt.
  • a speed-dependent function can be programmed into a freely programmable control of the Bandschier valve timing, which automatically extends or shortens the pulse times and / or the pause times depending on the belt speed from 0 to 100%.

  • An optimal filler performance (bottles / hour) can be assigned to each bottle type and bottle type. Since the filling performance depends on the bottle size and the filling liquid, the optimal filling performance changes. With changes in the filling capacity, the speeds of the conveyors of the bottle feed are also regulated and the filler capacity is adjusted in order to avoid a possible jam of bottles on the belts.

  • the lubricating circuit solenoid valve l 6 can now be opened longer, thus intensifying the nozzle application with band lubricant.
  • the lubrication performance is optimized. In the case of a slow belt run, the cycle time of the valve 6 is shortened, so that the belt lubrication consumption is lower in this connection group.
  • the band lubrication requirement behaves similarly with different bottle materials.
  • the speed-dependent pulse pause time change on valve 6 can be specified differently for the area. This would have e.g. B. as a result, with the same container size and the same filling performance, the amount of the band lubricant would automatically be set higher than for PET bottles via valve 6 when filling for glass bottles.
