Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au contrôle des forets entre des courses de perçage dans des perforatrices automatiques, généralement du type à broches multiples, à haute capacité, utilisées dans le perçage de cartes de circuits imprimés. Cette invention permet de contrôler tous les forets dans ce type de perforatrices entre chaque course de perçage, sans réduire la puissance de la machine dans un perçage à rendement normal. Cette invention utilise des caméras vidéo équipées de manière appropriée de fibres optiques ou d'autres accessoires déviant la lumière, et adaptées pour produire des valeurs moyennes instantanées d'intensité de lumière sur un système informatique afin de déterminer la géométrie du foret.
