Abstract

On a mis au point un procédé de préparation d'halogénodiazines substituées utiles comme intermédiaires dans la synthèse de nouveaux composés hétérobicycliques non fusionnés, ainsi que de leurs produits. La réaction consiste en l'addition d'un réactif d'organolithium à une halogénodiazine avec déshydrogénation ultérieure du produit d'addition. La réaction a lieu dans un récipient de réaction, sans isolation de l'intermédiaire d'halogénodihydrodiazine substitué. Les réactions se déroulent à température modérée et dans de courts laps de temps, ce qui diminue la probabilité de réactions secondaires et augmente le rendement. En outre l'étape d'exécution est conduite en deux phases afin d'empêcher l'hydrolyse de l'halogénodiazine substituée en une hydroxydiazine substituée. Le procédé est simple, efficace, et a pour résultat un produit à haut rendement. On utilise les halogénodiazines substituées comme intermédiaires dans la synthése de nouveaux composés hétérobicycliques non fusionnés, contenant une fraction aromatique, de la diazine, ainsi qu'une autre fraction aromatique telle que du thiophène ou du naphtalène, qui ont une activité biologique.
